Shit is scary right now.

There’s a good chance that you’re feeling both overwhelmed and powerless by headlines these days. Maybe you’re inspired to take action but unsure of what to do. Or perhaps you’re feeling defeated and stuck. Previous trauma may be getting stirred up. Whatever it is, I want to help you. I see you.

When the world changes, you change. Your relationships change. This is a safe space for people of LGBTQA+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, kink, poly, differently-abled, and non-christian communities to process pain and fear, working toward a sense of security.

I use a variety of approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. Although we will likely confront some uncomfortable thoughts and feelings, we will also focus on your individual strengths and values, utilizing them as coping tools.

Contact me today, your happiness is important.

Carolyn Kingsley

I work alongside my clients to explore why issues exist, manage the negative symptoms, and build strength for the future. It's really about empowerment! The process of change can be challenging, but my clients and I laugh a lot too. My style is warm, non-judgmental, and supportive. I'm grateful for the opportunity to help others find hope.
